Contest Rules – Sign up, Play, Win
bermudaCupMatch.com contests begin July 11 2011, and end July 26, 2011, at Noon Atlantic Standard Time (AST). The contest requires an individual answer a question correctly to be entered into a draw unless specifically stated otherwise. Answers to questions can be found on the cup match website or at bermuda.com. By submitting name and email address, each contestant agrees to the rules of the contest and states that they are 14 years-old and older and agrees to receive email communications from bermuda.com.
Who may enter:
All Bermuda residents ages 14 and over – except for individuals affiliated with MediaHouse Limited or its subsidiaries, including employees, trustees, interns, volunteers, and their immediate families (children, siblings and spouses) and others living in their households — are eligible. Bermuda.com will determine winners' eligibility.
How to enter:
Please submit answer online through the web site at http://www.bermudacupmatch.com/contest. Answer must be accompanied with entrant’s name and email address. We do not accept more than one contestant per e-mail address per prize. Duplicate entries will be eliminated if submitted for the same prize.
By entering the contest, entrants grant MediaHouse Limited, a group of companies including Bermuda.com, a royalty-free, world-wide, perpetual, non-exclusive license to display, distribute, reproduce, and create derivative works of the entries, in whole or in part, in any media now existing or subsequently developed, for any MediaHouse purpose, including, but not limited to advertising and promotion of its publications and its web sites, including but not limited to Bermuda.com publications.
Entry deadline:
All digital entries must be received at bermudaCupMatch.com's web site by 5pm AST on the date stated for each individual contest on the contest page, unless otherwise stated. To avoid uploading delays, please do not wait until the final days of the contest to enter.
Judging:
The winners will be selected by random draw and will be conducted by Bermuda.com staff. Weekly winners will be published on the bermudaCupMatch.com and Bermuda.com website.
The contest is void where prohibited or restricted by law. bermudaCupMatch.com reserves the right to cancel the contest or modify these rules at its discretion. Decisions of bermudaCupMatch.com will be final.
